Η Digital Union δημιουργήθηκε από δύο κορυφαία Digital agencies, συγκεκριμένα την Aboutnet και τη Global Touch.

Η Aboutnet, μια από τις παλαιότερες και μεγαλύτερες εταιρείες στον χώρο του internet στην Ελλάδα από το 2000, καθώς και η Global Touch, μια από τις πιο δυναμικά αναπτυσσόμενες εταιρίες στο χώρο των υπηρεσιών internet, ενώνουν τις δυνάμεις τους για να δημιουργήσουν την Digital Union.
